**Jason M.**:
I tried these soy chicken wings for a family game night, and they were a huge hit from the first bite. The cornstarch coating baked up wonderfully crispy in the oven, which I really appreciated since it avoided deep-frying but still delivered great texture. The soy glaze was the real star—perfectly balanced between sweet and savory, with a sticky finish that clung to every wing without being overpowering. I loved how quickly the recipe came together, making it ideal for a busy weeknight. Even the leftovers stayed flavorful and crisp after reheating. This is one of those recipes that feels both comforting and impressive, and I’ll definitely be making it again for parties and casual dinners alike.
