Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, premium (milk or dark can be used too)
  • β…“ cup Dried Cranberries chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Raisins chopped
  • 2 to 3 tablespoon Almonds chopped
  • Sea Salt to sprinkle

Instructions

  • Roast the chopped almonds and keep this aside. Roasting enhances the flavor.

  • Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds, or use the double boiler method until the chocolate has melted and is smooth and creamy.

  • Pour the chocolate onto parchment paper. Spread this in a ΒΌ-inch thick layer.
  • Top with cranberries, almonds, raisins, and a few pinches of salt into the chocolate.
