    INDO CHINESE SANDWICH

    Indo Chinese sandwich is delicious sandwich prepared using vegetables and sauces. The flavor that comes our of this sandwich is truly amazing. Its worth try. Do try this sandwich and serve with side of fries and I am sure you will love this.
    Preparation time : 15 minutes
    Serves :  4
    Ingredients for Indo Chinese Sandwich

    Bread Slices - 8
    Butter for toasting the bread
    Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon ( to saute the veggies)

    Using food processor finely chop the following ingredients :
    Medium Onions - 2
    Garlic cloves - 6
    Ginger - ¾ inch
    Small Green chillis - 3
    Big Carrot - 1
    Big Capsicum - 1
    Cabbage - ¾ cup
    Coriander leaves - 5 strands

    Sauces/Spices used :
    Black Pepper powder - ½ tsp
    Red chilli Powder - 1 ½ tsp
    Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
    Sriracha Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
    Tomato ketchup - 1 to 1 ½ tbsp
    Salt to taste

    Steps to prepare Indo Chinese Sandwich
    • Heat oil in pan. add the finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger and green chillis and saute till onion becomes light in color.
    • Add vegetables that are finely chopped and saute for 3 minutes.
    • Now add salt to taste, and the Sauces/Spices mentioned above, mix well and saute for another 2 minutes. switch off the flame.
    • In a pan/tava place two bread slices and toast it using the butter. spread the stuffing prepared on one of the bread slice.sandwich it using another toasted bread slice.(I love to have more stuffing in my sandwiches)
    • Indo-Chinese sandwich is now ready. Serve it with side of fries and enjoy.

        So sweet!I prepared Japanese milk bread and used it for Mexican sandwich dear. Used sourdough bread for this. Home made breads will finish off in no time 🙂
