- ½ Homemade pie crust recipe (or ½ portion of store-bought pie dough or refrigerated crescent rolls)
- ½ cup Nutella
- 1 ½ tbsp Melted butter
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and keep this aside.
Roll the pie dough onto a lightly floured work surface to a 12-inch circle. Evenly spread the Nutella (hazelnut spread) onto this crust.
½ Homemade pie crust recipe, ½ cup Nutella
Cut them into 16 equal portions (slice/triangle) using a pizza cutter.
Roll up from the wide end of the triangle to form a crescent shape. Place rolls on a baking sheet 1 inch apart.
Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle sugar.
1 ½ tablespoon Melted butter, 2 tablespoon Sugar
Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes or until it is light golden brown. Serve warm, and enjoy.
- Adding a little extra hazelnut spread is good but do not overdo it, as it will bubble out and become a mess when baking.
- If you use store-bought pie dough and want to use the entire pack, double the Nutella, butter, and sugar amounts.
