Expert Chef Tips
- You can build on this recipe by using these loaded fries in slider buns and making your super bowl night more enjoyable.
- If you are preparing potato fries at home from scratch, you will need three medium-sized potatoes. I have used Russet Potatoes, Yukon Gold, Red Potatoes, etc., while preparing fries or potato wedges at home. Choose any variety that is readily available. Peel and cut them into desired shapes, coat them with oil, sprinkle salt and your favorite seasoning and bake them at 475 degrees F for 25 minutes or till they become crispy. Make sure to toss them halfway through the baking process.
