If you are struggling with what to make this game day or if you want to spend time together with your families and friends and to cheer your favorite team instead of working in the kitchen I have shared 2 of my favorite quick and easy game day sliders. These two slider recipes will be sure to wow the crowd. But hold on even if you are not a sports fan, as you can still try out these sliders and impress your guests for your next party or gathering.

This game night I have planned for meatless sliders. These are amazingly delicious.
For Potato in Hot Sauce Slider - I have paired potato in hot sauce with crunchy colseslaw, sriracha mayo pressed between pillow soft potato buns.
For Eggplant Parmesan Slider - I have paired eggplant parmesan with flavored pasta suace and mozarella cheese pressed between pillow sweet and soft buns. what more do you need. These sliders will simply melt in your mouth.

Ingredients for Quick and Easy Game Day Sliders
For Potato in Hot sauce Slider
Pepperidge Farm Golden Potato Slider Buns - 6
Mayonnaise - ½ cup
Sriracha sauce - 2 tsp
Potato in Hot Sauce
Colseslaw
Cilantro leaves / Coriander leaves - 2 strands
Spring onions - 2 strands
Cabbage leaves - 3
Butter - 1 1/ 2 tbsp
For Eggplant Parmesan Slider
Pepperidge farm sweet & Soft Slider Buns - 6
Mozzarella cheese / Provolone Cheese slice - 6
Eggplant Parmesan with Sauce
Cilantro / Coriander leaves - 2 starnds
Spring onions - 2 starnds
Cabbage leaves - 3
Butter - 1 ½ tbsp

Steps to prepare Quick and Easy Game Day Sliders
For Potato in Hot sauce Slider
- Split and toast the buns with some butter. In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise and sriracha sauce.
- Assemble the slider - spread sriracha mayo sauce on both halves of the buns, place the cabbage leaves, potato in hot sauce , thick Colseslaw, some coriander leaves, spring onions and then add the top bun and serve.
For Eggplant Parmesan Slider
- Split and toast the buns with some butter.
- Assemble the slider - spread the pasta sauce on both halves of the bun. Place the cabbage leaves, stack an eggplant parmesan, top it with some flavored pasta sauce, place another eggplant parmesan, top with some more sauce and slice of mozzarella cheese. Repeat the assembling process with all of the buns and place them on baking sheet. Turn your broiler to high and broil these for couple of minutes or until cheese melts. Now top each one with top half of the buns and serve.
