Easy quinoa salad recipe idea
- 1 cup Quinoa
- 1 cup Vegetables cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, corn, broccoli, peppers, etc
- ½ to 1 cup Protein black bean, chickpeas, tofu, chicken, boiled eggs, etc
- Cilantro or Coriander leavs or mint
Quinoa salad dressing
- 2 to 3 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 to 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Rinse quinoa and cook with water until fluffy.

Chop vegetables of your choice and herbs.

Whisk the lemon olive oil dressing and keep it ready.
