Easy Cinnamon Apples (Stovetop, 10 Minutes): Easy Fall, Thanksgiving and Christmas Recipe.

Made with simple pantry ingredients, these buttery, sweet, and perfectly spiced apples come together in just 10 minutes on the stovetop. This simple recipe feels special for holidays but is also easy enough to make any day for a quick sweet craving.

If you find plenty of apples in the fall, I highly recommend trying these warm cinnamon apples. These are, in a way, a healthy dessert. It is like eating warm apple pie or crumble without the crust.

Serve these warm apples over pancakes and waffles, chia pudding, vanilla ice cream, oatmeal, french toast, etc. You can even enjoy straight from the skillet.

    Ingredients

Apples: Fresh apples are the best for this recipe. You can use Pink Lady, Gala, Golden Delicious, Honeycrisp, Fuji, or even our Indian seasonal Kashmiri apples.

Lemon juice: balances sweetness and adds a touch of freshness to the recipe.

Butter: for a rich flavor. Use coconut oil for a vegan version.

Salt: A pinch of salt brings all flavors together.

Cinnamon: Cinnamon gives apples their cozy, warm flavor.

Vanilla extract: Enhances the dish's aroma.

Honey: Sweetener used. You can use maple syrup, brown sugar, or plain sugar instead.
