Preparation for masala pav
Black Pav Bhaji
Heat 1 ½ tablespoon of butter in a pan. Add coriander leaves and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes, then switch off the flame.

On one half of the pav, add pav bhaji masala, toasted coriander, onions, and sev. Smear some masala and sautéed coriander with sev and onions on top of the roll.
