- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line the loaf pan with parchment paper and keep it aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together butter, molasses, banana, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- To this add flour, cinnamon, dry ginger, allspice, salt, baking powder, raisins, and mix until combined.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

- This bread is mildly sweet. If you want it sweeter, add another ¼ cup of molasses, honey, or sugar.
- Any leftover can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.

- If the top browns too quickly, cover it with foil and continue baking.
