- In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
- To this add mashed bananas, eggs, vanilla extract, and mix until blended.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt, and mix until combined.
- Add the chopped walnuts to the batter and mix until combined.

- Pour into a bread loaf pan.
- Bake for about 55 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let this sit for 10-15 minutes before transferring it to the wire rack to cool.
- Serve for breakfast, as a midday snack, or as dessert, and enjoy.
