White chocolate fudge is one of the best no-bake fudge recipes; it is easy and simple to make with just 3 ingredients from your kitchen. To make it a festive holiday-themed fudge, I have added dried mixed berries (cranberries, strawberries, blueberries). You can use any combination of berries or even replace them with your favorite roasted nuts.

About No Bake Chocolate Fudge
Who doesn't love chocolate? Chocolate desserts are welcome for any occasion and holiday. My boys and nieces love white chocolate over other chocolates. This fudge recipe is for all crazy white chocolate lovers like them.
I always make this 3-ingredient white chocolate fudge, easy oreo fudge, no-bake peanut butter fudge, 2-ingredient fudge, fantasy fudge around Christmas. All these fudge recipes use just a few ingredients, and you can serve them to a larger crowd.
The 3 ingredients I have used to make homemade fudge are white chocolate, condensed milk, and mixed berries. But I have also given a few substitutions and variations on how this white chocolate fudge can be done without condensed milk, with evaporated milk, with marshmallows, and more. So make sure to check those out.
Instead of stirring cooking and risk of burning sugar, butter, and cream, I generally like to use condensed milk. Using sweetened condensed milk makes the entire cooking process fuss-free, and the fudge is always perfect.
Easy White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge
This fudge is one of the easiest and simplest festive dessert recipes you can make this holiday season. The chocolate is smooth and creamy, and the sweetness is perfectly balanced with the berries' tartness, making it a perfect dessert during the festive season. Feel free to use cranberries or mixed berries.
Ingredients
Chocolate: To make it holiday-themed, use good quality white chocolate chips, compound, or morsels. Feel free to use milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips if desired.
Condensed milk: Key ingredient in making a no-bake fudge. It adds creaminess and sweetness to your fudge and also helps set and hold everything together.
Berries: For the holiday season, use dried cranberries to make white chocolate cranberry fudge or any combination of berries to make chocolate berry fudge.
See the recipe card below for a full list of ingredients and measurements.
Step-by-step instructions
- Keep your 8-inch by 8-inch, 9-inch by 9-inch, or 7-inch by 8-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper ready.
- In a bowl, add white chocolate and condensed milk and heat it in the microwave at 30 seconds intervals for approx 2 minutes and keep stirring until it is completely melted.
- Once melted, add mixed berries and vanilla extract, and using a spatula, mix everything until combined.
- Transfer this to the prepared pan and smooth the top with the spatula.
- Let the fudge cool completely. To speed up the setting process, you can even refrigerate it for an hour.
Pro Tips
- Make sure the fudge is completely set before you cut. Also, use a sharp knife to get a smooth cut. I was in such a rush to click photos that I ended up with rough edges on my fudge. The taste doesn't change, but a clean smooth cut makes the fudge look prettier.
- Stir the chocolate every 30-second interval and do not burn them. Some chocolate chips need 1 minute in the microwave to melt. I have used compound chocolate and thus required 2 minutes.
- You can melt the chocolate on the stovetop with the double boiler method. Here, you fill the bottom container with water and bring it to a boil. Next, place another pot on top of this and add the chocolate and condensed milk. Continue to simmer the water to generate steam. The heat in the steam gets transferred to the bowl, which in turn helps to melt your chocolate.
Variations
White Chocolate Pistachio Fudge: You can substitute berries with roasted pistachios. You can add them whole or roughly chopped. Similarly, you can make white chocolate almond fudge and white chocolate cashew fudge by adding roasted almonds or roasted cashews.
White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge: Substitute mixed berries with only cranberries.
White Chocolate Caramel Fudge: Once you pour the fudge mixture into the pan, drizzle caramel sauce and then swirl the caramel into the fudge using a knife or the back of a spatula
Marshmallow white chocolate fudge: Add around 200 grams of marshmallow fluff (also known as marshmallow spread) with condensed milk and mixed berries.
To make it look more festive, you can decorate the fudge by drizzling melted milk chocolate, peanut butter, Lotus Biscoff cookie butter, etc. Some also prefer to decorate the top of the fudge with sprinkles.
Storage instructions
- You can store the fudge in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge for up to 1 week.
- You can also freeze this fudge for up to 3 months. To use the fudge, let it thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
Recipe FAQs
You need three ingredients to make white chocolate fudge, white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and mixed berries. You can add vanilla extract for flavoring if needed.
Instead of condensed milk, you can use a mixture of heavy cream and sugar in a 2:1 ratio. Add heavy cream and sugar in a saucepan and simmer until it thickens and reduces its volume by half. You can use it in your recipes as homemade condensed milk.
Unfortunately no. You cannot use evaporated milk instead of condensed milk as it does not give the rich or creamy taste that you get from sweetened condensed milk.
You can use any brand of white chocolate chips or compound. In the USA, I use white chocolate chips from Ghirardelli, Nestle Toll House, Wilton, Bakers Choice, etc. Sometimes white chocolate chips are also marketed as white chocolate morsels, white chocolate mini baking chips, baking bars, melting wafers, coating wafers, baking callets, etc. You can use any of these in the recipe.
