Drop biscuits are the easiest version of traditional biscuits. You drop a spoonful of dough onto a baking sheet. Once baked, they are rustic with crisp edges and tender inside. Step-by-step instructions

- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and keep it aside.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt to a bowl and mix well.
- Add the cold cubes of butter and rub them into the flour until it resembles coarse meal.
- Now, slowly add the milk to form a moist, sticky, and shaggy dough.

- Use a tablespoon or a cookie scoop to mound the dough into balls onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the biscuits for about 15 to 17 minutes
- Serve warm and enjoy.

Tips
- Store any leftovers in an air-tight conatiner for 2 to 3 days and in a freezer for months. Reheat in the oven for the best texture.
- If you undermix the butter into the flour, the biscuits will be dry and not tender, and if you overmix, the biscuits will be tough.
- Based on the size of the biscuits, the baking time may slightly vary.
