Ingredients
Chocolate: Use good quality chocolate chunks, bars, or chocolate chips for best results. I have used semi-sweet milk chocolate compounds. You can use bitter dark chocolate too.
Sugar: Use both white granulated sugar and brown sugar. White sugar makes the brownies chewy, and brown sugar makes the brownies fudgy.
Peanut butter: Use any store-bought creamy or crunchy peanut butter from your favorite brand.
Cocoa powder: Unsweetened cocoa powder is used in the recipe. Feel free to use Dutch-processed cocoa powder if desired.
