SWEET POTATO TOASTS
Ingredients
Cream Cheese Toast
- 1 tablespoon Cream Cheese
- ½ teaspoon Almonds crushed
- 1 tablespoon Honey a drizzle
- 1 tablespoon Blueberries
- 1 Sweet PotaTOASTS
Peanut Butter Toast
- 1 tablespoon Peanut butter
- 1 small Banana sliced
- Honey or Maple syrup, a drizzle
- 1 Sweet PotaTOASTS
Egg Toast
- Salad mix (spinach, arugula or any green leaf of your choice)
- ½ Egg boiled
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 Sweet PotaTOASTS
Salad Toast
- Salad mix (Spinach, arugula or any green leaf of your choice)
- 1 Strawberries , chopped
- Goat cheese crumbled, , for garnish
- 1 Sweet PotaTOASTS
Veggie Delight
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 Dill pickle
- Onion chopped (you can add spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers or any other pickles)
- 1 Sweet PotaTOASTS
Avocado Toast
- ¼ Avocado cubed
- 1 tablespoon Tomato diced
- 1 tablespoon Onion diced
- Lemon juice , drizzle
- Cilantro , for garnish
- 1 Sweet PotaTOASTS
Instructions
Step 1
- I have used toaster for the recipe. Place frozen Sweet PotaTOASTS slice in toaster slot, making sure it sits between grates and does not directly touch the heat source.
- Toast on HIGH for 1 cycle or until heated through.
- Remove from toaster with non-metal toaster tongs and let it cool for 2 minutes before adding toppings.
Step 2
- For Cream Cheese toast: Whip cream cheese, add almonds and honey to taste and mix well. Spread this on Sweet PotaTOASTS and top it with blueberries and drizzle of honey.1 tablespoon Cream Cheese, ½ teaspoon Almonds, 1 tablespoon Honey, 1 Sweet PotaTOASTS , 1 tablespoon Blueberries
- For Peanut Butter toast: Spread peanut butter on Sweet PotaTOASTS, place banana slices and drizzle honey or maple syrup.1 tablespoon Peanut butter, 1 small Banana, Honey, 1 Sweet PotaTOASTS
- For Egg toast: Place single layer of salad mix on Sweet PotaTOASTS followed by boiled egg slices. Sprinkle some pepper and salt to taste.Salad mix, ½ Egg, Salt, Pepper, 1 Sweet PotaTOASTS
- For Salad toast: Place single layer of salad mix on Sweet PotaTOASTS, top it with some strawberries and crumbled cheese.Salad mix, 1 Strawberries, Goat cheese, 1 Sweet PotaTOASTS
- For Veggies delight: Spread mayonnaise on Sweet PotaTOASTS then top it with pickled dill and onions or any other veggies.1 tablespoon Mayonnaise, 1 Dill pickle, Onion, 1 Sweet PotaTOASTS
- For Avocado toast: In a small bowl, mix avocado, tomato, onion, cilanto and lemon juice. Spread this on Sweet PotaTOASTS and enjoy.¼ Avocado, 1 tablespoon Tomato, 1 tablespoon Onion, Lemon juice, Cilantro, 1 Sweet PotaTOASTS

- ½ Avocado cubed
- 3 teaspoon Lemon juice , to taste
