Although there are only a few ingredients in these roti they are lovely and so easy to make. Great with Thai curry but I could eat these alone. Far nicer than shop bought ones. Thank you for a lovely easy recipe.

Just to clarify, you increase the water to 1/2 cup AND add 1/2 cup coconut milk for a vegan version?

you mean 1/4 cup right? Yes add 1/4 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of any nondairy milk of your choice or simply skip the milk and prepare the dough with 1/2 cup of water. I hope I am clear now 🙂

Ok… I was going to use coconut milk in place of dairy milk, so 1/4 water and 1/4 cup coconut milk, or just 1/2 cup water.

You can use 1/4 water and 1/4 coconut milk OR 1/2 cup water OR 1/2 cup milk too. Add flour in increments and knead to get smooth dough.
