- 4 tablespoon Hummus Dip (hummus recipe)
- 8 Falafels (falafel recipe)
- 1 large Tomato , chopped into circles
- Lettuce , as needed
- Parsley , for garnish
- Tahini sauce (homemade or store bought)
For Tahini Sauce
- ¼ cup Tahini paste (check tips)
- 3 tablespoon Water Ice cold
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice or Lime juice
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- Salt , to taste

How to make Tahini Sauce
- Add tahini paste, ice-cold water, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt to taste, and mix until smooth.¼ cup Tahini paste, 3 tablespoon Water, 2 tablespoon Lemon juice, ½ teaspoon Garlic powder, Salt
- Adjust the amount of water depending on how thick or thin you like your dressing.
- If you are using fresh garlic cloves to make the tahini sauce, then either crush them using a mortar pestle or grind or blend them along with the tahini paste in a blender to form a smooth paste.

- This sandwich is filling for my family. We like to have it as a complete meal. You can also serve it some greek fries or quinoa tabbouleh salad.
How to make Tahini at home?
- To make tahini at home, toast 1 cup of sesame seeds in a pan on medium-low heat until aromatic and light brown in color. Make sure not to burn sesame seeds while toasting. Continuously stir during the process. Allow it to cool down completely.
- Transfer toasted sesame seeds to a food processor or high-power blender and process until it turns into a crumbly paste. Now add 2 tablespoon of oil and process for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth and pourable. You must stop in between to scrape down the sides and bottom during the process. Add more oil if needed.
- Transfer this to a bowl. Add salt to taste and mix.
- This can be stored in the refrigerator and used for up to a month as and when required.
