Green Spinach Smoothie
This is creamy and loaded with healthy fats. Ingredients used to make this green smoothie are spinach, banana, avocado, almonds, dates, and oats. Instead of spinach, kale can also be used to make this green smoothie.

Chocolate Smoothie
To make this chocolate treat, you need cocoa powder, unsweetened yogurt, raisins, almonds, dates, avocado, banana, oats, and a pinch of cinnamon. For kids, you can even add tablespoon of nutella instead of cocoa powder.

Blueberry Smoothie
Blueberries are added along with our basic smoothie ingredients: banana, avocado, and oats. Use strawberry or raspberry instead of blueberries to make any berry smoothie of your choice.

Green Spinach Smoothie
- 2 cups Spinach (loosely packed)
- 1 Banana , sliced
- ½ Avocado , chopped
- 4 Almonds
- 1-2 Dates
- ¼ cup Oats
Chocolate Smoothie
- 1 ½ tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 1 Banana , sliced
- ½ Avocado , chopped
- 5 Almonds
- 1-2 Dates
- ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon Raisins
- 2 tablespoon Yogurt dairy-free yogurt for vegan version
- ¼ cup Oats
Blueberry Smoothie
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 Banana , sliced
- ½ Avocado , chopped
- 5 Almonds
- 1-2 Dates
- ¼ cup Oats optional
Other common ingredients for each smoothie
- 4 - 5 Ice cubes
- 1 cup Ice cold water or milk can be added instead
Instructions
All 3 smoothies, follow the same steps
