Recipe FAQs
For an extra thick, creamy, and soft-serve ice cream consistency, make sure all the fruits are frozen, and the liquid you use is chilled.
Smoothie bowls are generally of thicker consistency and eaten with a spoon. Smoothies, on the other hand, are thinner, and you drink them with straw.
The frozen banana makes your smoothie bowl thick, sweet, and creamy. You can add mango or avocado for a thick smoothie without a banana.
