- 4 cups Whole milk boiled and chilled 1 litre.
- ½ cup Rose syrup rooh afza
- 1 cup Watermelon cubes
- 2 tablespoon Sugar optional
- 2 tablespoon Water optional

Preparation
- Add sugar and hot water in a bowl and mix until sugar dissolves. Keep this aside. (this step and sugar is optional, but doing this way helps the sugar dissolve faster)2 tablespoon Sugar, 2 tablespoon Water
- Cut the watermelon into bite-size pieces.
Rose Watermelon drink
- Add the rose syrup to a bowl of chilled milk and mix until combined. Taste to check the sweetness.4 cups Whole milk, ½ cup Rose syrup
- Add the sugar syrup only if needed for desired sweetness and mix.
- Finally, add the watermelon cubes and mix well.1 cup Watermelon cubes
- Pour into serving glasses. Serve chilled, and enjoy.

- To make this drink vegan, use any non-dairy milk in the recipe.
- Adjust all ingredients to taste. If you like mild-sweetened drinks, simply skip the sugar. The sweetness from rose syrup and watermelon cubes is sufficient.
- Take this drink to the next level with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Any leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
- Feel free to puree and add 1 cup of watermelon juice to this drink if desired.
