    • Separate the corn kernels from the cob.

    • 3 Corn ears
    • 1 cup English cucumber
    • 1 Onion medium-sized, chopped
    • 2 Tomatoes chopped or 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
    • ¼ cup Coriander leaves cilantro, chopped
    • ½ cup Feta cheese 100g Crumbled

    For salad dressing

    • ¼ cup Olive oil Coconut oil
    • 2 to 3 tablespoon Lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon Honey
    • ¼ teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
    • ¼ teaspoon Pepper powder adjust to taste
    • ½ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
    • ½ to 1 teaspoon Garlic minced

    Instructions
