    Shape the balls

    • Grease your hands with oil. Take a small portion of the mixture and roll it into balls. Make sure there are no cracks; otherwise, it will absorb excess oil and lose its shape.

    Coat the balls

    • Mix corn flour and water to make a slurry in one bowl, and add breadcrumbs to another bowl.
    • Dip each ball in the slurry and then coat it in bread crumbs. This will bake your cheese balls crispy. At this point, you can keep the balls in the freezer and use them as and when required.
