Chocolate Chip Banana Bread is a super-moist and delicious sweet bread loaded with sweetness from ripe bananas and melty chocolate chips. Perfect for breakfast, snack, or holiday baking - simple, quick, and easy to make.

Easy chocolate chip banana bread
Whenever there are overripe bananas on my kitchen counter, I bake banana muffins for my kids or classic banana bread. However, during the holiday baking season, on special occasions, or at your request, I make this chocolate chip banana bread. Small chunks of chocolate, butter, and overripe bananas make this bread rich, moist, and flavorful. This bread is also perfect as a holiday gift.

Ingredients
Banana: should be overripe for the best taste, texture, and flavor. Always use room-temperature bananas.
Butter: Unslated, for a richer version. You can use neutral oil for a lighter version.
Chocolate chips: semi-sweet chocolate chips of your desired size.
Other basic ingredients that I use in my banana bread are flour, eggs, baking soda, and salt.
