    Oven-roasted Pumpkin

If you are looking for a light and filling dish different from potatoes or sweet potatoes to serve this Halloween, Thanksgiving, or Christmas, this is the right recipe! Roasted pumpkin can be sweet, savory, or spicy - easily adjustable to your cravings. This pumpkin recipe is vegan and gluten free.

Oil: Olive oil or Coconut oil is preferred.

    Salt: to taste.

Other ingredients: For a savory version, you can use herbs like thyme or rosemary and seasonings like paprika, black pepper, etc. If you like something sweet, try cinnamon and maple syrup.
