    Creamy cucumber avocado salad for keto, detox, weight loss diet, or quick summer meal.

    Ingredients

    Cucumber: Use an English cucumber if available, as it tastes amazingly delicious. If not, use the regular ones.

    Avocado: Ripe, pitted, and chopped.

    Red onions: crunch and flavor

    Herbs such as cilantro, parsley, chives or dill can be used.

    Avocado cucumber salad dressing: You only need lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

    • Prep the ingredients and in a large mixing bowl, add cucumber, cilantro, red onions, and avocado.
    • Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
    • Sprinkle salt and pepper.
    • Toss to combine.

    • 1 Cucumber large, sliced or 3 English cucumbers
    • 2 tablespoon Cilantro or parsley, chives
    • ¼ cup Red onions finely chopped
    • 2 Avocados pitted and chopped
    • ½ teaspoon Pepper powder adjust to taste
    • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
    • Salt to taste
