Ingredients
Oats: Old-fashioned rolled oats are the base for this recipe.
Cinnamon: For the best FALL and HOLIDAY flavor.
Chia seeds give it a nice texture.

Honey: A sweetener used in these rolled oats. You can add brown sugar or maple syrup instead.
Milk: I use whole milk. You can add 2% or any dairy-free, plant-based milk of your choice.
Apples: Honeycrisp or Gala taste the best. You can dice them or grate them and add them to the recipe.
Other optional add-ins: cashews, almonds, and raisins.
