    • Fruit salads are simple, easy, and very flexible. With a simple honey lemon dressing, you can make this salad anytime of the year with seasonal fruits.
    • During summer, make a summer fruit salad by adding summer fruits like mango, watermelon, berries, peaches, nectarines, etc.
    • To make a fall or winter fruit salad, combine fresh fruits like apples, Pomegranate, oranges, and pears.

    Ingredients

    For the fruit salad dressing: freshly squeezed lemon juice, orange juice, and honey.
    Fruits: any seasonal fruits of your choice.
    For eg: apples: add crunch and sweetness
    Banana: Makes the salad filling
    Grapes and Pomegranate: kids' favorite for their bite-sized sweetness
    Orange: tangy, refreshing.
    Kiwi and Pineapple: give a tart and zesty flavor.

    Seasonal cut fresh fruits to make the best fruit salad recipe.
    • Wash all the fruits thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
    • In a bowl, add orange juice, lemon juice, and honey and whisk.
    • In a large mixing bowl, add all the fruits and drizzle dressing. Toss well to combine.
    • Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve.

    Use any seasonal fruits of your choice

    • 1 medium Pineapple peeled, cored, and chopped
    • 1 Banana
    • 2 Kiwi peeled and sliced
    • 2 Mandarin oranges
    • 2 Apples cubed. I have used red and green crisp apples
    • ¾ cup Pomegranate 1 medium
    • 2 cups Grapes seedless
    • 1 Dragon fruit pitaya, peeled and cubed

    Dressing for fruit salad

    • ¼ cup Orange juice freshly squeezed for best flavor
    • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoon Honey maple syrup

    Instructions
     

    • Wash all the fruits thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
